This self-paced, online Raspberry Pi and Python course will teach you to work with a variety of electronic components to build circuits, use a Raspberry Pi, and write intermediate-level code in Python. No experience required! This course assumes no background knowledge and starts at the very beginning to systematically build your electronics, Raspberry Pi, and Python skills. Along the way you'll learn complementary skills such as learning to read schematics and troubleshoot.

Please note, there is an option to purchase this course without a Raspberry Pi included. If you choose to do so, you must have a working Raspberry Pi Model 3B or 3B+ on hand as it is required to complete the course. Only Models 3B and 3B+ are compatible. All other models are not compatible.

A work in progress

I loved the first few lessons and your kit is of much better quality, overall, than another one I tried. However, I work in a covid lab that has gotten extremely busy AGAIN, sigh, so I've not done the lessons since the first weekend of receipt. Hopefully, things will slow down after the first of the year?

It was interesting to learn about the breadboard, although sometimes it can be difficult to build a circuit with components in a tight space. I have to invariably use the pdf lesson to build the circuit, the project videos could be enhanced with better graphics. Lastly, the music preceding the videos is not the best

So Far So Good at Lesson 5

Interesting stuff. I'm at Lesson 5. As an adult, I'm doing this only out of pure curiosity. While I've got various technical skills and do a lot of DIY at home, I've never really deeply understood basic electronics. And it's fun to push a button to light up an LED on your own circuit, even if it's just the simplest of things. Looking forward to getting much deeper as the course progresses.
